Frequently Asked Questions About Prefabricated Built-In Barbecues

Do the barbecues arrive already assembled?

No, they arrive as prefabricated pieces (body, chimney, firebox) designed to be assembled at home with very few tools. See our full assembly guide for the step-by-step.

How long does assembly take?

Most customers have theirs ready within a few hours, not days, since the main pieces arrive already manufactured and fitted at the factory.

Is there an extra shipping cost?

No, all our barbecues include free shipping across most of Europe, properly packaged for transport.

Do they include a grill and ash drawer?

Yes, every model comes standard with a stainless steel grill and an iron ash-collection drawer.

Is the sink included?

Not in the base price. On models with space for a sink, the sink and tap are purchased and fitted separately.

What's the difference between one-tray and two-tray models?

A side tray adds usable surface (for plates, drinks, or the sink) and increases the barbecue's total width, but the fire area and grill are the same across every version.

Do I need council permission to install one?

In most cases, full planning permission isn't required, though some councils ask for a simple notification. We cover this in more detail in our permit guide.

How do I pay?

Payment is processed securely through PayPal, either with a PayPal account or a credit/debit card, with no account required.

Can I ask questions before buying?

Yes, reach out through our contact page and we'll reply by email.

Where can I see every available model?

In our built-in barbecue shop you can filter by line (Alpes, Pyrenees, Design, Elegant, Iron, Wood-effect) and see the price, dimensions and photos of each model.
