Due to the handcrafted process used for each of our products, colours or shapes may vary slightly from the images shown on our website.

We do not accept exchanges or returns, as all our items are personalised and made to order.

This exclusion from the right of withdrawal follows EU and Spanish consumer protection rules, which do not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
