These terms govern the sale of built-in barbecues and related products offered on topbarbecues.co to consumers within the European Union.

3. Products and prices

Prices shown include applicable VAT and are expressed in euros. Shipping is included in the price unless stated otherwise on the product page. We reserve the right to change prices, without affecting orders already confirmed.

4. Purchase and payment process

Payment is processed exclusively through PayPal, either with a PayPal account or by credit/debit card without needing an account. The order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised.

We ship across Europe. See our shipping page for details. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination.

6. Right of withdrawal

7. Legal warranty

All our products carry the legal warranty of conformity applicable under Spanish and EU consumer law, covering manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.

8. Returns and refunds
